Oshogatsu Mochi Pounding Event. Join the Japanese Cultural Society of Maui for a fun and educational Oshogatsu mochi-pounding event. This popular family-friendly gathering offers a hands-on experience of pounding glutinous rice into mochi. Attendees can enjoy mochi prepared in various ways at different prep stations.
