Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Rooms and Narcissus Garden at the Rubell Museum
The Rubell Museum invites art enthusiasts to experience the mesmerizing world of Yayoi Kusama through her celebrated installations, Infinity Rooms and Narcissus Garden. Since their debut, these works have captivated audiences with their kaleidoscopic brilliance, offering an immersive journey into Kusama’s unique artistic vision. Visitors can currently explore two Infinity Rooms: Where the Lights in My Heart Go (2016) and INFINITY MIRRORED ROOM - LET’S SURVIVE FOREVER (2017), both of which showcase Kusama's ability to create spaces that feel infinite and transport visitors to a limitless universe.

Adding to the experience is Narcissus Garden (1966), a monumental installation of 700 stainless steel spheres that flow along 200 feet of the museum’s central gallery. This ever-changing reflective river offers a mesmerizing interplay of light, space, and perspective, encouraging viewers to contemplate their connection to the environment and themselves. Together, these works create a transformative and inclusive art experience, accessible to visitors of all ages.
