2024 Oita Japan Festival #OitaATX. Celebrate the culture of Japan at the Oita Japan Festival!  The ninth annual Oita Japan Festival #OitaATX is hosted by the Austin-Oita Sister City Committee (AOSCC) to celebrate Austin's Japanese Sister City, Oita.
