The Kizuna Japanese Society presents The 3rd Kizuna Japanese Spring Festival at Sammy Davis, Jr. Festival Plaza in Lorenzi Park. Spring Is In The Air... Japanese Style.  Kids are laughing and playing, adults are enjoying tea outside, a gentle harp is playing Japanese music, as thunderous taiko drums shake the earth. In Las Vegas? Of course!

Attendees will get to learn Japanese calligraphy, the art of flower arranging, and the traditional tea ceremony, as well as many other arts and crafts that come only from Japan. Of course, there will be Japanese food, martial arts demonstrations, awaodori group dancing, and no festival would be complete without the beating of Japan’s iconic drums known as taiko! Don’t miss this exciting event celebrating spring in our desert, the Japanese way!

Let there be rock! Performers include Mariano Gonzalez who plays the Paraguayan harp, and Las Vegas’ two Japanese drum groups Korabo and Las Vegas Kaminari Taiko, Koto players, Japanese Dance, Awaodori, a lot more!

Kizuna Japanese Spring Festival is produced by the Kizuna members, friends and supporter. Co-sponsored by the City of Las Vegas.

Admission is FREE! Attendees
