The Joy of Sake celebrates its 15th anniversary at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. This is the largest sake tasting in the world outside Japan, with over 390 premium labels for sampling along with contemporary Asian appetizers from Las Vegas' finest restaurants. The Joy of Sake is the public tasting of entries submitted to the U.S. National Sake Appraisal, a blind tasting competition conducted every July with judges from Japan and the U.S. Top scoring labels are recognized with gold and silver awards, and then all of the sakes-391 this year-are presented for guests to enjoy at The Joy of Sake.
