The Stockton Buddhist Temple annual Bon Odori and Cultural Bazaar (Obon Festival) will be at the temple on Shimizu Drive. The Obon festival is a celebration of Japanese culture featuring a food bazaar, martial arts, taiko, classical dances and games.� The Obon service honor those who have departed this life.

Over 2 Weekend Dates (Bon Odori is on Saturday - Aug 1st)

Week 1: July 25, 2015 - Saturday - Service
5:00 pm - Obon Services

Week 2: Aug 1 - 2nd, 2015 - Saturday & Sunday - Cultural Bazaar & Bon Odori
Saturday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm

Bon Odori Practice Schedule (Obon Dance practices will be held in July )

July 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd. 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the gym.
