This event features three key activities that celebrate Japanese culinary craftsmanship and technology:

Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting:
Chef Andy Matsuda will demonstrate the intricate art of bluefin tuna butchering, offering attendees a rare chance to witness this expert-level culinary performance.

Japanese Sake & Beer Tasting:
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste premium Japanese sake and beers. The tasting is open to both enthusiasts and newcomers (21+), showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of Japanese beverages.

Sushi Robot Demonstration:
Autec sushi robots will be showcased in action, crafting sushi with precision and speed, offering a glimpse into the innovative future of sushi making.

Additionally, there is a notice of filming and photography: attendees consent to the use of their images or recordings by JFE for promotional or other purposes. The event is organized by the Japanese Food Culture Association (JFCA), and attendees should be aware of event logistics such as parking, pet policies, and ticketing details.
