We will begin our class "Buddhism Around the World".� We will explore the history of Buddhism as it spread across India into China, Southeast Asia, Japan and the West.� We will examine some of the cultural influences Buddhism has adapted into its teachings and some of the resultant differences in practices, customs and rituals. �
