Skirball Cultural Center for a screening of the acclaimed documentary film SUGIHARA Conspiracy of Kindness Chiune Sempo Sugihara was a simple courageous Japanese man who used his power as a Diplomat to fight back during one of the darkest time in history. In "Conspiracy of Kindness" with many of the communities surrounding him, he saved the lives of men, women and children during WWII. Today, his deeds account for more then 60,000 people alive. His story is timeless...with the attendance of Consul General of Japan Junichi Ihara and Consul General of Israel Jacob Dayan as well as a special presentation of KEN WATANABE'S Unite for Japan Public Service Announcements
