The well-known popular shops will bring their "chefs-d'oeuvre" from Japan.

First of all, the first appearance for this event, "Tonkotsu Ma-yu Ramen" of "Nantsuttei".
"Tonkotsu soup" is the essence of Nantsuttei. It is simmered for 24 hours and features rich, creamy and no distinct strong smell of tonkotsu soup. Another characteristic of the ramen is the secret "Ma-yu" that is made by their unique method. Enjoy its perfect balance of Tonkotsu soup and Ma-yu with homemade straight noodle and tasty char siu!

Secondly, "Tsuke Men(Dipping Noodle)" of "Nidaime Tsujita" will also make their first appearance for this event.
Nidaime Tsujita proud of their special "soup" made by selected pork bones, chicken s bones, sea foods, vegetables and other over 10 kinds of ingredients. Enjoy its creamy texture and irresistible flavor!
