Each team must provide a gym monitor for their team
1ST Grade - 8ft. baskets
2ND Grade - 10ft. baskets, fast breaks allowed after 3rd week
Space is limited - team spots will be filled on a first come first served basis Submit: Roster - 1 copy, Waiver - 1 copy + 1 check made payable to South Bay F.O.R (No cash payments)
Team Roster & Waiver must be COMPLETELY filled out prior to submission
