The 2024 Japanese Kite Workshops & Festival will be held in Rotella Park, Colorado. The festival is a celebration of Japanese culture and tradition, and features a variety of kite-making workshops, demonstrations, and competitions.

Japanese Kite Workshops & Festival, Rotella Park
The workshops are a great opportunity to learn how to make traditional Japanese kites, such as the Rokkaku (hexagonal) kite and the Edo (diamond-shaped) kite. Participants will learn about the history and symbolism of Japanese kites, as well as the basic techniques for construction and decoration.

In addition to the workshops, the festival will also feature a variety of demonstrations, including traditional kite-flying performances and taiko drumming. There will also be a food court with Japanese food vendors, and a marketplace where you can buy Japanese kites, crafts, and souvenirs.

The festival is a great opportunity to learn about Japanese culture and to have some fun flying kites. It is also a great chance to support the local community, as proceeds from the festival will go to benefit [name of beneficiary organization].
