An opportunity to sip sake and chat with sake brewers at this is a one-of-a-kind event. This is the largest gathering of the North American sake industry featuring the brewers and their sake from coast to coast. A festival put together by members of the Sake Brewers Association of North America, a non-profit dedicated to the growth of the sake industry by promoting and protecting North America’s sake brewers, their sake, and the community of sake enthusiasts.

Friday, March 1st
9:00 am - 4:00 pm: WSET Level 1 Class at Origami Sake
11:00 am - 5:00 pm: Day at the Race - Oaklawn (if not taking WSET class)
6:30 pm - 9 pm: Industry Event at Origami Sake (invite only)
Saturday, March 2nd
8:00 am - 12:00 pm Speaker Series
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Vendor set-up at Bridge St Entertainment District
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Sake Fest at Bridge St. Entertainment District
5:00 pm: Welcome, introduction, thank you to the sponsors, and taiko drummers to start tasting
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Tasting in designated area
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm: USA Sumo Exhibition at the Hot Springs Convention Center
7:30 pm: Announce winners of the competition and present awards
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Live entertainment
