The Asian American Resource Center (AARC) is a non-profit organization located in San Bernardino, California. It was founded in 1995 by Rasmey Sam to provide services and programs to the Asian American communities in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. The AARC is the only nonprofit agency in these counties that focuses on meeting the needs of Asian Americans.
The AARC's mission is to improve educational, mental and physical health and well-being by providing informational and developmental programs to Asian Americans and other ethnic groups who are low-income, isolated, vulnerable and under served throughout the Inland Empire.
The AARC offers a variety of programs and services, including:
• Educational programs: The AARC offers tutoring, college preparation, and financial aid counseling to help Asian American students succeed in school.
• Mental health services: The AARC provides counseling and support groups to help Asian Americans cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.
• Physical health services: The AARC offers health screenings, nutrition counseling, and exercise classes to help Asian Americans improve their physical health.
• Community development services: The AARC provides leadership training, civic engagement opportunities, and cultural events to help Asian Americans build stronger communities.

In addition to the programs and services mentioned above, the AARC also offers:
• A lending library of books, movies, and other materials about Asian American culture and history.
• A computer lab with free internet access.

• A food pantry to help low-income families.
