Howland Plaza is a public plaza located in Riverfront Park in Corvallis, Oregon. It is named after Jim and Ruth Howland, longtime local residents and volunteers. The plaza is a popular spot for events, gatherings, and simply relaxing.

The plaza features a beautiful, 9' basalt and granite sculpture, The Heart of the Valley. There are also wall-like concrete and wood benches, potable water via drinking fountains in the park, handicap-accessible public restrooms located at either end of the park, and decorative automatic lights that come on at dusk.

Renter-provided tables and chairs are allowed in the plaza, as are electricity generators and catering. The plaza is rented out for a variety of events, including weddings, festivals, and corporate events.

Howland Plaza is open year-round, but it is especially beautiful in the summer when the flowers are in bloom. The plaza is located at the intersection of Madison Avenue and First Street, and it is just a short walk from downtown Corvallis.
