From Tokyo from Beyond.  In the beginning, Mr. Takehiro Tsujita started Seito Masamune Tantanmen Tsujita in Tokyo in 2016. With the success of Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle, Mr. Takehiro Tsujita wanted to bring forth a new ramen into the American community that would not be as heavy in comparison to our popular tsukemen soup. Thus, a bowl of ramen that even children can enjoy was born! Killer Noodle debuted in 2017 in the Los Angeles area, and has quickly grown with a location now also in the San Gabriel Valley. 5 years later, and we are now planning on opening Killer Noodle to the community of Houston, Texas.

At Killer Noodle, we are proud to present customers with an authentic Japanese taste. The Tsujita restaurant company houses 4 different styles of ramen at our various locations. Killer Noodle features a style of ramen called tan tan men. Chinese in origin, tan tan men was born incorporating Japanese flavors and has since become widely popularized in both Japan and China alike. We are proud to serve our community this unique style of ramen to continue to educate customers about the vastness of the ramen world and all the different and unique styles it can possess!
