Chado Tea Room has revolutionized tea drinking culture in the Los Angeles area with almost 300 different varieties of teas from over 10 different countries worldwide. Chado has provided a tea lover’s paradise in Los Angeles in its Beverly Hills location for 15 years and in the heart of Old Town Pasadena for seven years. Now they are bringing their brand to another unique institution, the Japanese American National Museum.

Located in the Paul I. and Hisako Terasaki Garden Café, Chado’s tradition of excellent family service in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere will provide patrons and staff alike with a new level of visitor experience that complements the National Museum’s style. Not just a visitor amenity, Chado Tea Room will also be a programmatic partner, offering tea tastings and other educational events, in addition to good food and tea. Come and enjoy this new Chado “East!”
